  • Uses of Midnight Crema

    • Espresso Machine – Use 7-9g of coffee per shot, tamp firmly, and extract for 25-30 seconds for a perfect espresso.
    • Moka Pot – Fill the filter basket, level the grounds, and brew over medium heat for a rich, aromatic coffee.
    • AeroPress – Add 14-18g of coffee, pour hot water (90-95°C), stir, steep for 30-60 seconds, then press gently.
    • French Press – Use a 1:15 coffee-to-water ratio, steep for 4 minutes, then plunge for a smooth, bold brew.
